Our take on a Middle-Eastern classic. Our high protein Chicken Shawarma is made with free-range chicken thigh which are oven-roasted in lemon, paprika, cinnamon, cumin and turmeric. Mixed with oven roasted vegetables; carrots, red onion, zucchini and squash. Served on top of a Greek lemon rice with a delicious garlic sauce. Garnished with parsley.
