This high protein, low carb Cajun Baked Salmon combines baked Atlantic salmon coated with Cajun spices paired with low calorie cauliflower rice and roasted seasoned asparagus. On the side a creamy Cajun aioli. Garnished with a lemon wedge.
All fish are cooked to medium.
Microwave: Remove portion cups. Set microwave to medium heat. Cover with a damp paper towel and lid. Heat for 30 seconds and flip. Heat for an addition al 30 seconds.
For best results: Chef recommends reheating in oven at 250˚F covered with foil.
Heat until food reaches an internal temperature of 165˚F. (Meal may contain soy).
