Our grass fed flank steak is marinated in a soy based marinade and flame grilled. Served with herb butternut squash and roasted green beans & cherry tomatoes.
All steaks are cooked to medium. Microwave: Remove any portion cups. Removing the lid is optional. Heat for approx. 2-3 min. For best results: Chef recommends reheating steak in oven at 275˚F.
Heat until food reaches an internal temperature of 165˚F. Meal may contain soy.
