Our grilled grass-fed flank steak is seasoned with black pepper and oregano, sliced on top of a bed of fresh spinach. Toppings include sautéed mushrooms, pickled red onion, cherry tomatoes, shredded carrots, cabbage, green onion , toasted sesame seeds and feta. Tossed with a roasted garlic balsamic dressing.
