Bulgogi literally means “fire meat” and we can see why. This high protein dish is fire! Our Korean Steak Bulgogi is made with grain-fed beef flank marinated in spicy sweet bulgogi sauce and then flame grilled. Served with roasted potatoes alongside garlic broccoli & carrots.

All steaks are cooked to medium rare. Microwave: Remove portion cups. Set microwave to medium heat. Cover with a damp paper towel and lid. Heat for 90 seconds to 2 min. For best results: Chef recommends reheating in oven at 250˚F covered with foil. Heat until food reaches an internal temperature of 165˚F.
