This high protein Balsamic Marinated Steak combines tender grain-fed beef sirloin marinated in a blend of flavours including, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, Dijon, Worcestershire sauce and various herbs and spices then grilled to perfection. Drizzled with a balsamic glaze and served alongside roasted lemon rosemary potatoes with roasted seasoned asparagus and cherry tomatoes.

All steaks are cooked to medium rare. Microwave: Remove portion cups. Set microwave to medium heat. Cover with a damp paper towel and lid. Heat for 90 seconds to 2 min. For best results: Chef recommends reheating in oven at 250˚F covered with foil. Heat until food reaches an internal temperature of 165˚F.
