Russia’s iconic pasta dish goes back centuries, but our modern take blends fresh, slice mushrooms with brown rice noodles in a rich sauce of chicken broth, onion, sunflower sour cream, and herbs. On the side: kale, chard, and broccoli sauteed in garlic, olive oil, and shallots.
