Meat and potatoes never had it so good. A perfect cut of beef sirloin, rubbed in a spicy blend of paprika, cumin, ginger, and coriander, before roasting, then topped with crispy shallots. On the side: sautéed green beans, turmeric cauliflower mash, Harissa (a Tunisian hot sauce) and orange roasted carrots.
