For the intense macro counter, meals include proteins, low glycemic carbs and a serving of vegetables. If you need help achieving your fitness goals or you just like simple meals with basic seasoning, this is the plan for you. Meals are available in standard and large. Have the freedom to choose any entree from all our meal plans. For this plan, it is best to login each week and select your own meals to ensure you are getting what you want. If you forget to select your meals our chefs will send meals from our Healthy Lifestyle Plan. Meals are available in standard and large.
